Write Out aims to help its clients present themselves, their work, and their businesses in the best possible light. We work with companies, business owners, students, writers, and job seekers, helping them to find the right words and images.

K.S.Y. Varnam is an experienced editor, copywriter, and graphic designer based in Toronto, Ontario. They graduated from York University with an honours BA in English and creative writing and went on to hone their editing skills at Ryerson. Since then, they have edited web copy (both website and social media copy), promotional material for businesses, ESL lessons, grants, legal documents, submissions to the government, essays, poetry, literary publications, and full-length novels. Their writing background includes work as a blog writer, grant writer, restaurant reviewer, book reviewer and literary contest judge, ESL educational content creator, professional poet, and general copywriter for web and print. In addition to editing and writing, Mx. Varnam also has a background in fine art and graphic design creating websites, promotional materials, book covers, and commissioned artwork for clients.

They have worked with a number of companies in Canada and the United States, including Quattro Books, Powered by Search, Golden Voice English, SKETCH Working Arts, Sarena Consulting, Geek Collateral, Grey Canary, Can-Imm Solutions, Milmantas Immigration, E Immigration, and Immigration Action. They also run The Quilliad Press and the Apple of my Odd Eye artist collective.
